The Town Board of the Town of Ancram does hereby give notice that the Regular Town Board meetings will now be held on the Third Thursday of every month. Any changes will be published prior to the meeting.

Please take notice that the Town of Ancram Planning Board will hold a continuation of the Bird public hearing on Thursday, July 10th, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, NY 12502. Under consideration is a 3 lot subdivision of parcel #205.3.-1-26.12 located at 1354 County Route 7 Ancram, NY 12502. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so.

Please take notice that the Town of Ancram Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 4th, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7. Under consideration is a lot line adjustment of parcels #206.-1-8.01, 206.-1-2.2, 206.-1-26 owned by Christopher Sommerhoff, located at Four Corners and Wiltsie Bridge Road Ancramdale, NY 12503. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so.

Under consideration is a two lot subdivision of parcel #205.-1-18 owned by Matthew and Maryhannah Finch Barberi Revocable Trust, located at 711 Wiltsie Bridge Road Ancramdale, NY 12503. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so.

Under consideration is a two lot subdivision of parcel #215.-1-4 owned by Richard and Margo Merli, located at 17 Rothvoss Road Ancramdale, NY 12503. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so.

Please take notice that the Town of Ancram Planning Board will hold a public hearing on January 2, 2014 at 7:30pm at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7. Under consideration is the application for a site plan review at the Ramsden residence at 166 Prospect Hill Road in the Town of Ancram. The applicant wishes to construct a guest house and pool house on parcel ID 219.-1-76.2. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so.
