The analysis provided for your review was comparing your 2025 assessments with Model Estimates from CAMA. Attached are the sales that went into this process and the subjects that these were applied against. Such estimates allow us to determine broadly aggregated differences. By trending greater equity can be achieved in the roll as a whole. However, an update is not a full reassessment. A full reassessment, as was done in 2023, is the only process that enables the assessor to look at what is specific to the property.

Notice is hereby given that the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Ancram is completed, and a copy thereof may be seen at the Ancram Town Hall 1416 County Route 7 Ancram NY 12502. Notice is hereby given that the Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Ancram at 1416 County Route 7 Ancram NY 12502 during the following days/hours:


May 7, 2026 9am to 11am and 6 pm to 8pm
May 11, 2026 6pm to 8pm
May 14, 2026 9am to 1pm
May 21, 2026 9am to 1pm
May 23, 2026 9am to 1pm

3.Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Ancram will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property at the Ancram Town Hall 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, NY 12502 during the hours of 4pm and 8pm on May 27, 2026.

  3.
