Notice Concerning the Examination of Assessment Inventory and Valuation Data
(Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law Section 501)
Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This is the data information that will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Ancram, which will be filed on or before May 1, 2021. The information may be reviewed by appointment in the Assessor’s office at 1416 County Route 7, Ancram NY 12502 on Tuesdays between 10am to 2pm and on Saturdays between 10am and 12noon. An appointment will need to be made to review the assessment information by telephoning the Assessor at 518-329-6512 ext 204 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All persons entering the town hall will need to adhere to Covid protocol, including wearing a mask, temperature check and the filling out of a health form.
