The Blass Field Pavilion was erected in July of 2025 after four years of planning around a park revitalization project. Future improvements are planned to include: adding electric, upgrading the basketball court, installing fencing, and more. Public input is always welcome and can be given to the Town Board at any monthly meeting or in writing.
We designed the Pavilion for use by all Ancram residents and their visitors. Its use is on a first come, first served basis, except for groups of 30 or more. It is closed to the public until 3:30 PM on days when summer camp is in session. To reserve the Pavilion for a large event please contact: Steve Olyha at solyha@msn.com. The cost to reserve it for larger groups is $150 plus a $100 refundable “clean-up and damage” fee.
Rules and Regulations cannot reasonably cover every contingency, so please use common sense and share respectfully.

● HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 8:00 AM TO 10:00 PM. ALL CLEAN UP MUST BE COMPLETE AND PAVILION VACATED BY 10:00 PM
● GROUPS OF 30 OR MORE REQUIRE A PERMIT, VISIT TOWN WEBSITE
● ALL GARBAGE AND RECYCLABLES ARE CARRY IN CARRY OUT
● NO LOUD MUSIC- PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL
● NO SMOKING OR VAPING
● USERS MAY BRING THEIR OWN GRILLS. PLACE HOT COALS IN DESIGNATED METAL BIN
