Please take notice that the Town of Ancram Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on April 28th, 2016, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7. Under consideration is an application for an area variance for the construction of a barn in the side yard setback by Christopher Duncan for their property located at 5 Rockefeller Road Ancramdale, NY 12503 (parcel # 206.-1-16.112) in the Town of Ancram. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so.
