Under consideration is an application for Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review at 159 Empire Road, Ancram, NY. The applicant seeks to construct a 3-unit staff cabin to support existing camp operations.

 

The public hearing continuation has been adjourned and the application will not be discussed at the October 9, 2025 regularly scheduled Planning Board meeting due to a delay of consultant materials arriving before the meeting.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Ancram Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 7:05 p.m. or shortly thereafter.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the public hearing will be a hybrid public hearing accessible both in-person and via Zoom. The public hearing will take place at the aforementioned date and time: (1) at an in-person meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held at the Ancram Town Hall, located at 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502; and (2) at the same date and time via Zoom. (Zoom access information below). Verbal comments may be offered to the Planning Board by the public via the Zoom access.

Under consideration is an application for Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review at 6534 State Route 22, Ancram, NY. The Applicant seeks to install a telecommunications tower.
