TOWN OF ANCRAM ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Ancram Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 18, 2026 at 7:05 p.m. or shortly thereafter.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the public hearing will be a hybrid public hearing accessible both in-person and via Zoom. The public hearing will take place at the aforementioned date and time: (1) at an in-person meeting of the Zoning Board to be held at the Ancram Town Hall, located at 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502; and (2) at the same date and time via Zoom. (Zoom access information below). Verbal comments may be offered to the Zoning Board of Appeals by the public via the Zoom access.
Under consideration by the Zoning Board if Appeals is an application for an Area Variance of 1047 feet for the addition of a patio and pergola in the rear of their home in the Town of Ancram bearing the Tax Parcel ID: 197.3-1-14. The parcel is owned by James and Slyvia Adams and is located at 60 Long Lake Rd Ancramdale
Paper copies of the application documents are available for review at the Town Hall by appointment with the Planning and Zoning Clerk (contact information below).
All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so; comments may be made at the meeting, via email, or by mail. Any person with questions concerning the application may contact the clerk(s) by emailing zoningboard@ancramny.org, or in person by appointment scheduled via email.
