Please take notice that the Town of Ancram Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 1st, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502. Under consideration is the application for Site Plan Review for  a country store on parcel IDs# 205.3-1-46 owned by Bob and Pamela Reed, located at 1291 County Route 7, Ancram, NY, 12502. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so at the Public Hearing. Under consideration is an application for an Area Variance to build a Pole Barn for hay storage by Donald Duksa located (Parcel ID # 197.-1-2.12) at 1030 County Route 27A in the Town of Ancram. Preliminary Budget Hearing, October 18, 2018

Town of Ancram Public Notice – The Ancram Town Board will hold a public hearing on the 2019 Preliminary Budget on October 18, 2018 at 6.45 pm at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7, Ancram NY. The 2019 Preliminary Budget is available from the Ancram Town Clerk, is on the town website at www.ancramny.org and is attached for your convenience, along with an overview of the 2019 Preliminary Budget, a copy of the Preliminary 5 Year Capital Plan and a copy of the current Exemption Report, which is required to be filed along with the Town Budget.

Following the 10/18 Preliminary Budget public hearing, the Town Board may consider and incorporate changes to the Preliminary Budget and will prepare a Final 2019 Budget. A Final 2019 Budget public hearing will be held prior to the November 15 Town Board meeting. Following that public hearing, the Town Board will consider additional modifications to the 2019 budget and will consider the Final 2019 Budget for approval at the November 15 Town Board meeting.
