A resolution proposing a settlement of the outstanding Article 78 and Article 7 matters related to the 2023 revaluation has been added to the

Town Board Background Materials below as item 3a.

The proposed settlement agreement reduces assessed values by $90,000 in 34 cases and by $58,000 in two cases. The total reduction in assessed values will be approximately $3.176 million and the reduction in taxes will be approximately $4,250. This proposed settlement has been approved by the owners of the properties involved, but still needs to be approved by the School District and the Town
