NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT TAKE NOTICE, that I Monica Cleveland, the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Ancram, County of Columbia, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Ancram for the year 2024, and that I will attend the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7,in the said Town of Ancram Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s 10:00am to 2:00pm and 9:30 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday’s, during the month of January for the purpose of collecting taxes. TAKE FURTHUR NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2024 without charge or interest. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of 1% if paid on or before February 29, 2024 and an additional 1% for each additional month until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the county treasurer pursuant to law. TAKE FURTHUR NOTICE, that pursuant to the provision of law the tax roll of the Town of Ancram will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Columbia on the last day of April 2024. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Ancram Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 4th, 2024 at 7:05 p.m or shortly thereafter.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the public hearing will be a hybrid public hearing accessible both in-person and via Zoom. The public hearing will take place at the aforementioned date and time: (1) at an in-person meeting of the Planning Board to be held at the Ancram Town Hall, located at 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502; and (2) at the same date and time via Zoom. (Zoom access information below). Verbal comments may be offered to the Planning Board by the public via the Zoom access.
