TOWN OF ANCRAM PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Ancram Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 7:05 p.m or shortly thereafter.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the public hearing will be a hybrid public hearing accessible both in-person and via Zoom. The public hearing will take place at the aforementioned date and time: (1) at an in-person meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held at the Ancram Town Hall, located at 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502; and (2) at the same date and time via Zoom. (Zoom access information below). Verbal comments may be offered to the Zoning Board of Appeals by the public via the Zoom access.
Under consideration is an application for Subdivision and Abbreviated Site Plan Review on parcel ID #221.-1-21, owned by Faye Robinson Auld, the parcel is located at 238 Crest Lane, Ancramdale, NY 12503. The Applicant seeks a subdivision creating two (2) lots and Abbreviated Site Plan Review for a proposed Single Family Residence.
