Under consideration is an application for an area variance for the construction of an addition in the rear yard setback by Lawrence and Larry Eckler for their property located at 225 Simons Road Ancram, NY 12502 (parcel # 206.-1-34) in the Town of Ancram. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so.
