Town Of Ancram Public Notice – Request for Insurance Proposals – The Town of Ancram is seeking bids on its municipal insurance policies, including commercial property, commercial liability, public officials liability, commercial excess liability, commercial automobile liability, commercial automobile physical damage and commercial inland marine for the period January 4, 2021 to January 4, 2022. Interested bidders should contact Town Supervisor Art Bassin at email@example.com or by phone at 518-469-7768 to received information on the current policies in place and the town’s loss experience over the past 5 years. Bidders are encouraged to evaluate the current insurance programs and levels of coverage in place and recommend modifications if they believe such modifications would be in the best interest of the Town. Bids are due by 5 pm, Friday, November 13, 2020 and should be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to Art Bassin, Ancram Town Hall, 1416 CR 7, Ancram NY 12502. Bids will be reviewed by the Town’s Financial Advisory Committee at its November 14 and December 12 meetings, and a recommendation will be made to the Town Board prior to the December 17 Town Board meeting.
