The Town of Ancram Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on July 20, 2023 at 6:45 pm at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7, Ancram, NY 12502. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear public comment in regards to proposed Local Law # 3 of 2023: Establishing Income Levels For Senior Citizen Real Property Tax Exemption. A copy of the proposed law can be found on the town website, www.ancramny.org, or viewed in the office of the Town Clerk during normal business hours.

The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment in regards to proposed Local Law #5 of 2023: A Local Law of the Town of Ancram, County of Columbia Providing Real Property Tax Exemptions For Volunteer Firefighters and Ambulance Workers Pursuant to Section 466-A of the Real Property Tax Law.
