PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Ancram Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 at 7:30 p.m.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the public hearing will be a hybrid public hearing accessible both in-person and via Zoom. The public hearing will take place at the aforementioned date and time: (1) at an in-person meeting of the Planning Board to be held at the Ancram Town Hall, located at 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502; and (2) at the same date and time via Zoom. (Zoom access information below). Verbal comments may be offered to the Planning Board by the public via the Zoom access.
Under consideration by the Zoning Board of Appeals is the Area Variance application in the Town of Ancram formerly bearing the Tax Parcel ID: 207.1-1-11. The parcel is owned by Owen Gardella. The parcel is located at Fox Hill Road and E Ancram Road, Ancramdale, NY, 12503.
The Applicant seeks an area variance of approximately 5.6 feet from the 50’ front yard setback requirement. The Application proposes an addition on an existing non-conforming structure and does not increase the non-conformity.
