PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town of Ancram Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 7:30 p.m.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the public hearing will be a hybrid public hearing accessible both in-person and via Zoom. The public hearing will take place at the aforementioned date and time: (1) at an in-person meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to be held at the Ancram Town Hall, located at 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502; and (2) at the same date and time via Zoom. (Zoom access information below). Verbal comments may be offered to the Zoning Board of Appeals by the public via the Zoom access.
Under consideration by the Zoning Board of Appeals is the Area Variance application in the Town of Ancram bearing the Tax Parcel ID: 215.-1-31.200. The parcel is owned by Patrick and Karen Arnao. The parcel is located at 135 East Ancram Road, Ancramdale, NY, 12503.
The Applicant seeks an area variance of 4 feet 5 inches from the 25 foot front yard setback minimum and 11 feet 8 inches from the 25 foot rear yard setback minimum in Article VIII (F) (1) (a) in the Town of Ancram Zoning Law for Existing Undersize Lots. The Applicant seeks to place an addition on the residence.
