Under consideration is an application by Jeffrey Baker, who is seeking a special use permit to operate a farm market for the sale of farm distillery products derived from agricultural products grown on the same lot at 408 Pooles Hill Rd. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so.
