Please take notice that the Town of Ancram Planning Board will hold Public Hearings on Monday, June 14th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502. Under consideration are the applications for:
a subdivision of parcel ID #206.-1-29, owned by David Dembo, the parcel is located at 169 Roche Dr., Ancramdale, NY 12503;
a subdivision of parcel ID #213.-1-5, owned by Dennis Sigler, the parcel is located at 51 Hall Hill Rd., Ancram, NY 12502;
a Site Plan Review for parcel ID # 207.-1-17.12, owned by Palumbo Block Co. Inc, the parcel is located at State Route 82, Ancramdale, NY 1250;
a Special Use Permit for a Short Term Rental on parcel ID# 197.1-1-35 owned by Adam and Ariella Sperling at 39 Shore Road, Ancramdale, NY 12503 (which will be further adjourned to Thursday, July 1st, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502).
All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so; comments may be made at the meeting, via email, or by mail.
