Notice is hereby given that the Final Assessment Roll for the Town of Ancram, in the County of Columbia, for the year 2020, has been completed by the undersigned Assessor, and a certified copy thereof has been filed in the office of the Town Clerk on the First Day of July, 2020, where the same will remain for public inspection by appointment.

ROAD WORK ON SAWCHUK RD

A MESSAGE FROM HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT JIM MILLER: ROAD WORK ON SAWCHUK RD

The week of 6/22 we are going to be repaving Sawchuk Road from the intersection of County Route 8 and Pulver Rd to the town and county line.

During the hours of 7am to approximately 4 pm the road will be closed to all except emergency vehicles and residents of Sawchuk Rd. Any through traffic can use Pulver Rd to Winchell Mt Rd as an alternate route. Also we ask that any residents of Carson Road to please use Rt 22 as an alternate route.

The project is expected to last 3 days and as always weather permitting. We are going to be doing the work in house, with assistance from neighboring towns rather than using an outside contractor. This is the reason the project may take a little longer than usual.
