Town of Ancram 2019 Updated Comprehensive Plan Public Hearing – The Ancram Town Board will hold a public hearing to solicit public comments on the 2019 Draft Updated Comprehensive Plan at 10 am on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7, Ancram, NY 12502. If you are unable to attend the March 9 public hearing or wish to comment in writing on the 2019 Updated Comprehensive Plan, you may submit written comments by mail to the Ancram Town Board, 1416 County Route 7, Ancram NY 12502 or by email addressed to abassin@townofancram.org. Written comments will be accepted until Friday, March 15, 2019. A copy of the 2019 Draft Updated Comprehensive Plan is available on the home page of the Town website at www.ancramny.org, and a hard copy is available for review at Town Hall from the Town Clerk. The Town Board may make modifications to the 2019 Updated Comprehensive Plan after the public hearing based on public comments. The Town Board will conduct a SEQRA review and submit the Updated Comprehensive Plan to the Columbia County Planning Board for review and comment prior to considering it for adoption.

Please take notice that the Town of Ancram Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 7th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7 Ancram, New York 12502. Under consideration is the application for a subdivision of parcel ID #206.-1-8.110, owned by Cornelia Guest, the parcel is located at 351 Wiltsie Bridge Road, Ancramdale, NY 12503. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so, comments may be made at the meeting, via email, or by mail. Notice of Receipt of Tax Roll and Warrant
NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT
TAKE NOTICE, that I Monica Cleveland, the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Ancram, County of Columbia, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Ancram for the year 2019, and that I will attend the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7,in the said Town of Ancram Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s 10:00am to 2:00pm and 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday’s, during the month of January for the purpose of collecting taxes.
TAKE FURTHUR NOTICE, that taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2019 without charge or interest. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of 1% if paid on or before February 28, 2019 and an additional 1% for each additional month until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the county treasurer pursuant to law.
TAKE FURTHUR NOTICE, that pursuant to the provision of law the tax roll of the Town of Ancram will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Columbia on the last day of April 2019.
