ZBA Public Meeting – 5/6/2013
Please take notice that the Town of Ancram Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting on Monday May 6th, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1416 County Route 7. Under consideration is the ZEO issuance of the notice of violation for the wind turbines located at 132 and 143 Carson Road in the Town of Ancram.

Under consideration is an application for a two lot subdivision of parcel id# 225.-1-4 owned by the William P. McCarron Estate located on County Route 8 Ancramdale, NY 12503. All persons wishing to comment on the application will have an opportunity to do so.
Regular Town Board meetings
The Town Board of the Town of Ancram does hereby give notice that the Regular Town Board meetings will now be held on the Third Thursday of every month. Any changes will be published prior to the meeting.
Ancram Financial Advisory Council
The Ancram Financial Advisory Council (FAC) was established by the Ancram Town Board to provide financial analytic support for the Town Board and Town Supervisor and to provide independent public oversight of the town’s financial management process. The FAC also participates in the preparation of the annual budget, annually reviews the Town’s insurance policies and reviews the Town’s financial reports on a monthly basis. The FAC meets once a month on the fourth Thursday of each month at 5 pm at the Ancram Town Hall. Town Board Public Hearing (Zoning Revisions) – 2/21/2013
The Ancram Town Board will hold a continuation of the public hearing on Package 4 of the proposed zoning revisions at 6 pm on Thursday, February 21 at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 CR 7, Ancram NY 12502. Copies of Package 4 of the proposed zoning revisions are available on the Town web or from the Town Clerk.

Town Board Special Meeting – 2/2/2013
The Ancram Town Board will hold a special Town Board meeting on Saturday, February 2 at 9 am for the purpose of reviewing the financial control processes and procedures of the Town Court, the Town Clerk, the Town Tax collector and the Town Building Department. The meeting will be held at the Ancram Town Hall, 1416 CR 7, Ancram NY, 12502.
