Hard copy of the materials below is also available from the Ancram Town Clerk at the Ancram town Hall\, 1416 County Route 7\, Ancram NY\, 12502.\n\n\n1) Memo: ZRC Update & Proposed Local Law #2 of 2020;\n\n2) Resolution introducing Local Law #2 of 2020;\n\n3) Proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2020 [49 pages];\n\n4) SEQRA Environmental Assessment Form\, Part I [13 pages]\n\n5) Full Environmental Assessment Form Section F [1 page];\n\n6) Zoning Law\, Nov 20\, 2014\, Draft Showing ZRC Updates thru Aug 15\, 2020 [263 pages]; text contains red & blue type showing       what will be changed by LL #2.\n\n7) Zoom invitation for public hearing on proposed Local Law #2 of 2020.\n \nAt its 20 August 2020 meeting\, the Ancram Town Board introduced Local Law #2 of 2020\, which proposes various amendments to the Town Zoning Law.  To begin the review and adoption process\, the Town Board adopted the resolution cited above.  Section F of the resolution directs that this proposed Local Law be referred to the Town of Ancram Planning Board for its review and for an advisory opinion in accordance with Article XII (B) of the Zoning Law. The Planning Board shall report its recommendations to the Town Board within 45 days of the date of this referral\, which shall be considered to be 22 August 2020. Accordingly\, the Town Board looks forward to receiving the Planning Board recommendations not later than Tuesday\, 6 October 2020. Pursuant to Section G of the resolution\, the Town Board has scheduled a public hearing on proposed Local Law #2 of 2020 for Thursday\, 15 October 2020\, at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. If desired\, you may obtain an official\, completed copy of the resolution from the Town Clerk. A printed copy of all the documents referenced above is available for public review from the Ancram Town Clerk at the Ancram Town Hall.
